PAYING BY CREDIT CARD, PAYPAL AND DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENT We accept payment via Paypal and Credit Card. NO ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED OR SHIPPED UNLESS PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. PAYPAL PAYMENT If you are not a member of Paypal, you can join here www.paypal.com CREDIT CARD THREE-DIGIT VALIDATION CODE When you order from www.rynandcordie.com.au, you will be asked for your credit card number and expiry date. You will also be asked for a three-digit validation code. The validation code is a three-digit number on the back of the card. The code is a new feature, that provides merchants with an 'extra' layer of verification, especially when you use your card to make purchases on the internet. The code is a three-digit validation code unique to your card. It is not embossed, like your card number, or electronically saved in your card's magnetic strip, so it's very difficult for fraudsters to get the number electronically or from a card imprint. When you provide the validation code to a merchant via the internet, the merchant has additional proof that you have the card in your possession when the transaction is made. Where is the code?The code is printed on the signature panel on the back of your card. The full number is quite long but you only need to provide the last three digits when requested. However, www.rynandcordie.com.au uses an encrypted and secure server that means your details are safe. We are not able to collect or store your credit card details. Your credit card details are submitted to a secure credit card payment gateway for processing. FAILED PAYMENT The secure credit card payment gateway will notify you if your payment was not successful. An error code and reason for the failed payment will be provided. You can provide the error code and reason to your bank for further clarification if required. ORDERING
ALL prices shown are in Australian dollars and include GST. BUYING THE BOOK Simply add the book to the shopping cart by clicking on the BUY BOOK button. From the shopping cart page, you can review your order and once you’re satisfied press the Proceed to Check Out Button. Enter all of your personal information and credit card details. CONFIRMATION OF ORDER You will receive an automatic online confirmation via email. Please ensure you have submitted the correct email address. Ryn & Cordie™ will not be held responsible for any missed communication due to the incorrect/misspelled email address being used. If for some reason, you haven’t received an email confirmation please go to the contacts page of our website and send us an email via our online form. AVAILABILITY Availability of products is displayed on the product information page of each title. Please make sure to pay attention to this information. Titles can and do sometimes become temporarily unavailable whilst reprinting. If an item in your order is affected then Ryn & Cordie™ staff will contact to inform you of the delay and your order will be updated with the relevant information. ORDER CHANGES You are unable to change your order. If you would like to purchase additional items, please complete another order. ORDER CANCELLATIONS Once you have placed your order, you are unable to cancel it. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS POSTAGE Postage within Australia is via Australia Post, Express Post or Australian Air Express. Postage overseas will be via Airmail. Postage charges are automatically calculated on the Ryn & Cordie™ shopping cart. Import Duties may apply on international orders. It is the customers’ responsibility to cover these costs if they apply. Within Australia your order will arrive in 2-6 working days from the date of order. Due to customs, overseas orders will take up to 6 weeks to arrive. MAIL REDIRECTIONS Please note sometimes Australia Post Redirections do not work with packages. Ryn & Cordie™ will not be responsible for replacing goods or any extra costs incurred if a redirection has not been successful. REFUNDS Each order sent is personally inspected by the Ryn & Cordie™ team to ensure it is in perfect condition prior to posting. However, we are happy to refund your order if it is faulty or damaged. Refunds will not include the cost of postage. Refunds will not be accepted more than 7 days after you have received your purchase. BULK ORDERS Ryn & Cordie™ are happy to fulfill bulk orders. We offer a 10% discount for orders over $200 (excluding postage and handling). Please note that a postage and handling fee for bulk orders will need to be re-quoted, due to the additional weight of the package. |
